Money Inc. just rated the top 20 places to live in South Florida, and I am happy to say that I specialize in real estate in five of the top eight! Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, and Palmetto Bay were ranked 8, 7, 5, 4, and 3, respectively. The rest of the list was populated by various different neighborhoods and cities in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, with Grandview Heights in Palm Beach coming in at number 1.
While I am happy to see so many of my favorite parts of Miami-Dade County on the list of top places to live in South Florida, I would argue that they could have been ranked higher!
