Last week, I was honored to attend the ribbon cutting of the newly renovated Jimmy Evert Tennis Center and the dedication of the Chris Evert Stadium Court, just ahead of the 2025 Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships—and it was truly special.
As a member of the Orange Bowl Committee, it was exciting to see this $9.5M transformation come to life. With 20 new clay courts and a beautiful 700-seat stadium honoring Chris Evert, the center is a meaningful nod to tennis history and a major investment in the future of junior tennis here in South Florida.
The Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships—one of the world’s premier junior tournaments—now officially calls this incredible facility home.
