Attention Coral Gables residents, our city is changing the recycling pickup schedule is being adjusted from 5 to 4 days per week. This change will go into effect on June 14th and could mean that your recycling pickup day will change – be sure to click on the following link to check.

Why the change, you ask? Well, there have been numerous recycling delays over the past couple of years, many due to maintenance issues with the aging fleet. Adjusting to a 4-day schedule will still allow residents to have their recycling retrieved weekly, but will allow for vehicle upkeep without service interruption. The recycling crew will also utilize more efficient routes to allow for the more limited schedule.
