As of writing this blog, there are 94 active, single-family homes listed between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in Coral Gables. These range from a small 2 bedroom/1 bathroom property on Red Road that is listed for $525,000 to a much larger 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house on a 10,000 square foot lot on Maggiore Street that is asking exactly $1,000,000. Within that wide price range, buyers will find a huge variety of homes in almost every location within The City Beautiful, from 810 Pizarro Street at the very north to 6820 Pallazzo Street, almost cornering on Sunset Drive. The only part of the Gables that is absent from this under $1,000,000 search is the very southern portion of the City, where the lots are larger, which drives their prices higher.
