An Afternoon Where Fashion Meets Purpose at Fairchild

Last week, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden transformed into South Florida’s most elegant runway for the 15th Annual Splendor in the Garden, presented by Neiman Marcus Coral Gables.

Set beneath a festive marquee tent, the afternoon brought together fashion, philanthropy, and community in support of Fairchild’s award-winning science and education programs—initiatives that inspire the next generation of environmental stewards.

Ashley Cusack was honored alongside a distinguished group of community leaders for their ongoing commitment to service and philanthropy, including Liz Boulenger, Jessica Cristobal, Linda Levy, Sarah Lewin, and Jocelyn Frank Woolworth for their leadership, service, and philanthropy, while music legend Gloria Estefan received the prestigious Fairchild Icon Award.

Hosted by Co-Chairs Daysi Johansson and Lydia Touzet alongside Philanthropic Chair Swanee DiMare, the event delivered a memorable mix of fashion, fine dining, and impact, made possible through the generous support of Land Rover Coral Gables and THE COLLECTION.

The celebration recognized women whose leadership extends beyond their professional accomplishments and into meaningful civic impact. The event also featured a stunning fashion presentation, exquisite flowers and food - and the unmistakable beauty of Fairchild’s iconic gardens.
