Home Buyers Keep Coming to Miami

As a realtor who has been actively involved in Miami’s hot pandemic housing market I can tell you that the demand for homes here in South Florida is still huge. In fact, two of my recent listings received offers sight-unseen and there were bidding wars for each of them, with one receiving a whopping 17 offers!

International Coastal Cleanup Day

As an avid boater, I am always concerned about the state of our oceans, bays, and inland waterways so I was very pleased to read that my hometown of Coral Gables, Florida is participating in the Ocean Conservancy’s 36th annual International Coastal Cleanup. The Cleanup will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

Home Staging Tips

I am a firm believer in staging a house when it is for sale. In fact, I have recently had two listings in Coral Gables staged, 5904 San Vicente and 907 Anastasia. The furnishings and accessories that our stager, ShowHomes, brought in, truly helped define the spaces and have driven so much more interest than these homes, if empty, would have realized.

Cruising is Making a Comeback

Ships from Royal Caribbean and MSC have been cleared to sail from PortMiami, and Celebrity will set sail from Port Everglades this month! This will bring tourists to South Florida, spurring the economy by staying in hotels, renting cars, going out to eat, shopping, and by bringing cruise ship workers back to town.
