Every market is different in different seasons as far as their real estate activity, or inactivity, as it may be. The Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay areas tend to be active in June with many closings taking place in July and August. Because we are not so much a vacation community, but a primary residence community, people are often busily trying to get themselves situated before the summer ends and school begins.
