Although the birds are fun, they have regulations. For example, a rider must be at least 18 and he or she must have a valid driver’s license. The law also states that you have to wear a helmet while riding these, although I have yet to see anyone wear one. Overall, the goals of these scooters are to make all these areas more fun, and eventually to reduce the amount of parking issues. I love this creative way of solving one of our age old problems. Hopefully it works and can be a productive solution to parking, while providing a fun way to get around!
