For example, did you know that in Miami-Dade County, we are selling more $1 million+ condos every month than $1 million+ homes? This has been the trend down here for the past 4 years. We used to sell more million dollar homes than condos, but with the condo boom, it was inevitable that we would see this shift, since there’s such an influx of condo inventory now. Just in the past three months, we have sold an average of 38 homes every month priced at $1 million or higher. But there’s an average of 48 condos priced above $1 million selling monthly! Another interesting fact? The most expensive condo in Miami-Dade County sold in December at the Setai for $21.5 Million. It’s an exciting time to be a luxury condo owner in South Florida!
