This graph reminds me of my first economics class in college. I love the visual of where our real estate market in Miami-Dade County has traveled since 2002. We see a clear picture of inventory rising and sales dropping as we reached the peak in 2007. Continue following the purple and green lines and we see the rise of single family and condo sales again, as inventory has been dropping. The end of 2014 saw a rather low supply of both condos and single family homes; however, that has begun to rise as 2015 has gotten underway. Miami offers so much and has become an international city so, while we will likely see markets fluctuating, I have great confidence in where we are going.
