Grove Isle is actually growing with the addition of its newest building called The Markers. This development will feature 65 residences all with deep balconies, floor to ceiling glass, designer finishes – the works! Designed by CallisonRTKL to wrap around the tip of the island, each unit will also have stunning views, which are getting harder and harder to find in Miami. Ranging from 2,200 to 5,000 square feet, these new units start at $2,200,000.
Recently someone mentioned in passing that The Markers project was being cancelled, but she did not know why that was the case. I went straight to the source and called their sales office to see what is going on. They told me that the project is still alive, but it is delayed because the city has not yet issued their building permit.
I would love to see The Markers come to fruition because I think that it looks like a beautiful project that will really modernize Grove Isle. Also because I would love to sell some units!
