(Ginger) is Ashley’s "right-hand-man" in the office, and also Ashley’s mom! Ginger has been working with Ashley for more than 15 years. She oversees all of our advertising placements, open houses and scheduling, and she also oversees many of our showings and buyer appointments. She is very engaged with all of our clients and handles all of our inspections as well. Ginger is always on the go and knows more about the Coral Gables building and permitting department than anyone else in Miami!
Originally from Rutherford, NC, Ginger attended American University in Washington DC and then came to work in Miami for Eastern Airlines. She continued in the airline industry as chief stewardess for Northeast Airlines before retiring once Ashley was born. Ginger has quite a resume from her years in business but is the first to admit that she’s never worked harder in her life than she does today on Ashley’s team! Ginger resides in Coral Gables, in a beautiful townhouse overlooking the golf course.
Shari Menachem, is a Realtor-Associate with EWM International, a Home Services of America Company, and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, one of the nation´s largest real estate services firms. Shari joined EWM in February, 2014 and together with Ashley Cusack and her team she specializes in Coconut Grove, South Miami, Coral Gables and Pinecrest properties. Prior to joining EWM, Shari worked in technology consulting for major corporations in Miami and around the country. Born in New York, Shari moved to Miami in 1994, where she resides with her husband Andrew and their two boys in Coral Gables. Shari knows this city as well as any native. She loves to help her clients see the potential in properties through her keen eye for design. Her excellent organizational skills, as well as her professionalism make her a realtor of choice in Miami´s dynamic market.
Lillian Osborn is a Miami native and a proud alumna of St. Thomas Episcopal Parish and Ransom Everglades schools. From there she went on to study at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and upon graduating Cum Laude in 2004, she began to work for Ashley Cusack. Though she started as a true “gofer,” her role grew and Ashley ultimately encouraged her to become a licensed realtor so that she could assist with showings, open houses, and with moving contracts forward. Lillian worked as a realtor from 2005 until 2008, at which point she got married and decided to make a career change. Between 2008 and 2015, Lillian worked at a local marketing firm, and then Ashley asked her to re-join the team – an offer that she happily accepted! Cristina Diez-Arguelles is a Miami native. She graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy High School and graduated from Florida International University with a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. Cristina has worked in the real estate business for 5 years, and recently became a licensed real estate agent in 2014. She loves Miami and is very familiar with different neighborhoods. Not only has she worked in Coral Gables for more than 5 years, she has lived in Kendall, West Kendall, Pine Acres, Cutler Ridge and now lives in South Miami.
