Lately it seems like I have a conversation about mortgage rates at least once each day. It is true that rates have increased, and they are hovering between 5% - 5.5% for a 30-year fixed rate mortgage as of when I am writing this blog. Coral Gables single family homes between $3,000,000 - $4,999,999: inventory is low, so every listing that goes on the market seems to be snatched up quickly. If you have been debating whether or not to sell your Miami home, I would highly recommend doing so in the near future.

It’s official: Trader Joe’s will open its doors in Coral Gables in 2021! Located at 211 South Dixie Highway, it will be in the Gables Station complex, a mixed-use development that includes Lifetime luxury apartments, 2 acres of park space along the Underline, additional retail space, much-needed parking, and connectivity to public transportation.

As an avid boater, I am always concerned about the state of our oceans, bays, and inland waterways so I was very pleased to read that my hometown of Coral Gables, Florida is participating in the Ocean Conservancy’s 36th annual International Coastal Cleanup. The Cleanup will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
